Terms of Service

1. The service

Ratha is an AI-assisted content and go-to-market engine for the automotive and mobility industry. Depending on your plan, it generates LinkedIn posts, images and carousels in your voice, performs live web research, produces pre-meeting research dossiers (Netra), surfaces buying signals and procurement routes (Radar), drafts outreach sequences, and maintains a saved account pipeline. Features vary by tier and are described on our pricing page.

2. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Tiers. Pariksha (free trial of the engine), Lekha, Pravaha, and Sarathi (managed, by application). Current prices are shown on the pricing page in INR; USD figures are indicative only.
• Billing. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. International cards are supported; your bank performs the currency conversion and may apply its own fees.
• Invoices. We issue a non-GST invoice and payment receipt from Himkar International for every successful charge, delivered by email.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then does not renew. There is no lock-in.
• Refunds. Because every generation has a real compute cost, charges for a period in which you have generated content are non-refundable. If you were charged in error, or cancel within 7 days of a charge without having used the service in that period, write to us and we will refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Plan changes. Upgrades from the free tier take effect immediately. Members on a paid tier move to another tier when the current billing cycle ends, or sooner by writing to us.

3. Your LinkedIn account and published content

• Connecting LinkedIn is optional and done through LinkedIn's official authorization flow. You can disconnect at any time.
• Ratha publishes only content you individually approve, to your own profile or page. You are the author and publisher of everything posted from your account, and you are responsible for it.
• You agree to use Ratha in compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. Do not use Ratha to spam, harass, mislead, or misrepresent.
• We may suspend LinkedIn-connected features if LinkedIn requires it or if your use puts our platform access at risk.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, infringement of others' rights, or deceptive impersonation.
• No attempting to scrape, resell, or extract our directories, prompts, or outputs at scale, and no reverse engineering of the service.
• No use of the research tools to compile personal contact databases; Ratha works at the level of companies and public roles by design.
• Fair use limits and rate limits apply to keep the service fast for everyone; monthly generation quotas are stated per plan.

6. Your content and our IP

• You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the content Ratha generates for you. You can use your generated content anywhere, with or without attribution.
• The Ratha software, brand, directories, prompts, and site content remain the property of Himkar International.
• You grant us the limited licence needed to process your inputs and store your outputs in order to run the service.

7. Sarathi managed services

Sarathi includes human-operated services (strategy, positioning, outreach drafting, reporting). Deliverables, cadence, and any additional terms are agreed at onboarding by email. Studio projects (launches, narrative work) are scoped and priced separately.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service; Ratha depends on third-party providers (hosting, AI models, LinkedIn APIs, payments) whose outages can affect features. We may improve, change, or retire features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will notify you before your next renewal.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Himkar International's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the outcomes of content you publish or business decisions you take based on research outputs.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk, with notice where practical. On termination, sections that by nature survive (IP, liability, payments owed) survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
