Privacy Policy

Who we are. Ratha is operated by Himkar International, a registered partnership firm in Rajasthan, India. TechOnWheels RemoteWork is the brand name under which Himkar International operates, and Ratha is its product. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Ratha" refer to Himkar International. Contact: info@techonwheels.in.
What Ratha is. Ratha is a LinkedIn content and go-to-market engine for the automotive and mobility industry. It writes posts, images and carousels in your voice, researches buyers and companies on the live web, and, only with your explicit authorization, publishes content you approve to your own LinkedIn profile.
1. The data we collect
Data you give us
- Account data: your email address and a password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase). We never see or store your password in plain text.
- Profile inputs: your industry segment, ideal customer description, target regions and accounts, and voice or tone preferences you save.
- Content you provide: text you paste, voice notes you record or upload, documents, and links to articles or videos you ask Ratha to turn into posts.
- Business details for billing: your name and email for invoices. Card and bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway; we never receive or store your full card number.
Data we generate for you
- Posts, images, carousels, research dossiers, target-account lists, outreach drafts, and your saved pipeline board. These belong to your account and exist so you can use them.
Data collected automatically
- Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
2. LinkedIn data
This section describes exactly how Ratha interacts with LinkedIn, because it matters most to our members.
- Consent first. Ratha connects to LinkedIn only through LinkedIn's official OAuth flow, when you click "Connect LinkedIn" and approve the permissions on LinkedIn's own screen. We never ask for your LinkedIn password.
- What we access. With your consent, we access your basic profile identity (name, LinkedIn member ID, profile photo) to identify your account, and the permission to publish posts on your behalf. We request only the scopes needed for these functions.
- What we do with it. We publish only the content you have individually approved, to your own profile or page. Ratha never posts automatically without an approval action from you, never messages other members on your behalf, and never accesses other members' data.
- What we never do. We do not scrape LinkedIn. We do not collect, buy, or sell databases of LinkedIn members or their contact details. Our research features work at the level of companies and public job-title roles, never named individuals' personal contact data. We do not use LinkedIn data to train AI models.
- How tokens are stored. Your LinkedIn access token is stored encrypted at rest in our database and used solely to perform the actions above.
- Revoking access. You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from your Ratha account, or from LinkedIn's own Settings, Permitted Services page. When access is revoked or your account is deleted, we delete the stored tokens. Content already published to LinkedIn remains on LinkedIn under your control.
3. How we use data
- To provide the service: generate content in your voice, run research you request, deliver results on screen and by email.
- To operate billing: process subscriptions through Razorpay and email you invoices and payment receipts.
- To keep the service safe: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging.
- To communicate: service emails about your content, account, and plan. We do not send third-party marketing.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with advertisers.
4. AI processing
Ratha uses third-party AI models to generate content and run research: Anthropic (text generation and web research) and an image generation provider (Google Gemini). Your inputs required for a given generation are sent to these processors to produce your output. We use commercial API terms under which our API data is not used to train their models.

6. Retention and deletion
- Account, profile, and generated content: kept while your account is active.
- LinkedIn tokens: deleted when you disconnect LinkedIn or delete your account.
- Invoices and payment records: kept as required by Indian tax law.
- To delete your account and data, email info@techonwheels.in from your registered address. We complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to us. If you are in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; our legal bases are contract performance (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security and service improvement), and consent (LinkedIn connection, optional features). You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology Rules and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Cookies
Ratha uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
10. Children
Ratha is a professional tool for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify active members by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
